Diana Perkins left this note to Playtime Co. for their mandatory Survey:
“Hi! I usually don't take surveys, and I don't know what the "dealt with" means, but okay, then! So... My job's been... Okay? I mean, I met this pretty little girl in playcare! My name is Diana. I'm 58. I'm African-American. I'm new to this job, so... Yeah! I worked at playcare as a Janitor. I also work taking boxes to be shipped to stores! Before I did my last shipment, I saw this pretty little Roma girl!
I didn't think much of her at the time, but I visited more often. I wasn't sure what to make of her since she said weird stuff to me and asked why all the toys moved, but I just told her that toys don't move. Then she'd be so silly and talk about the men in the giant suits, but I just told her that those men are just humans in big body suits, like that Dogday mascot.
However, I never saw that girl again a week before I was supposed to take a new toy to the storefronts. I kept looking for her and asking for her, but they all told me she got adopted. I'm happy for her. So, I kept on with my work because there wasn't anything That I could do about it, now. The cute little girl's name was Melody. I hope she has a good home.
However, I think Melody got confused by the A.I. on the toys when she told me about moving Poppy dolls. You see, I took a box out to be shipped to a store and the box kept being bumped by whatever was inside of it, it'd make noise and scream. I think these toys have a mimicking system and I think it was a toy that Melody played with. It's voice box sounded just like her voice, so I assume that she was playing with it and using it to record her voice. It was a Bunzo Bunny toy. I also thought it was weird that it had brown human eyes. They also seem to be automated and they'd stare at me. I wonder if it was an A.I. Sentient Android. It behaved a lot like Melody and even asked me "Why are you taking me to the truck?" Playtime Co. is very good at making A.I. While I do wonder how ethical it is to sell sentient androids, it might be okay if they treat them well. I'm not sure.
She wasn't too scared, she was mostly trying to get out of the box. Your A.I. seems to be built to mimic human behavior which is extremely clever. Make sure you program them not to mimic evil behavior! That would be a disaster! My job's been eventful. I hope the little A.I. gets a nice home with her new human! I shipped her out to the store. It acts like a child, so maybe it will grow mentally. I may buy a playtime Co. doll to see how the A.I. advances. It seemed to know me, though! I'm confused by how, but Melody took pictures with me. She probably showed it to the doll and maybe it can see me somehow with its advanced A.I. software. Like a camera? Good job, playtime Co! Maybe you'll make more advanced androids in the future and give us a lot of new helping hands for us elderly! I could use it for helping out when I have to babysit some of my 4 grandsons and 4 granddaughters.”
“That is quite the story! It’s heartwarming to hear our staff get along with the children. I suppose our A.I. was hard to keep a secret, you seem to have figured it out haha. Just… try not to tell anyone okay? It’s a little experimental, but we assure you, the kinks will be worked out and it will make our toys that much more lifelike! Just you see…”
