Born in Lychen

Down in Lychen, if you are a clone, a child born from adultery or a child bon from incest, you are drafted to the military and the CIA from conception, especially if you are Jewish because Jewish people have a stigma against children conceived in acts of incest or adultery, leaving the Lychen government to believe the Jews will not care if children conceived during those scenarios are taken and drafted.

Many Jews try to protect those children, nowadays. It's not very well liked for them to treat children like this poorly.

Anyone deemed a mamzerut was drafted as soon as they landed in the country of stateless & communist Lychen.

In real life, Mamzerut (ממזרות) is a, Halakhic (Jewish law) status referring to a mamzer—a child born from a forbidden, severe sexual relationship, such as incest or adultery (which in this case only refers to a child resulting from a married woman cheating with someone other than her husband). A mamzer is not simply a child born out of wedlock, as they are not permitted to marry into the mainstream Jewish community. 

A mamzer is forbidden from marrying a "legitimate" Jew, though they may marry another mamzer or a proselyte. This status is inherited by offspring for ten generations or more

A child born out of wedlock, where the parents could have legally married (e.g., unmarried parents), is not considered a mamzer..

While Orthodox law holds strictly to this definition, Reform Judaism rejects the concept.

A key element in Jewish divorce law is that a child born to a woman who has not received a proper get (divorce document) from her previous husband is considered a mamzer.

A child whose father is a non-Jew is not a mamzer regardless of whether the mother was married or not.

Jewish law places a high burden of proof on determining mamzerut, often using legal mechanisms to avoid applying the label, as it is seen as a severe, tragic label that punishes the child for the parents' actions.

Back to fiction...

This is a good thing because the government of Lychen will inspect an immigrating Jew's ancestry to see if he or she is one so they can see if anyone would care if you died because the Lychen government genuinely believed the Jews would not care.

The stigma of mamzerut lasts forever, knowing this, the government takes full advantage. At the moment, any incest union children who are conceived.

The CIA job is cool, to be honest.  It's not that bad and can be used for good. The Military job is not as bad, it can be PTSD inducing, so people are protesting for the government to give these children a choice as you can't really choose whether you want to work in the CIA or the Army.

They normally allow anyone to join by choice except them. These are children from bad families and circumstances that lead to them becoming resented by the family for existing. This led the government to believe that they would not be loved or cared for, and thus the government could do what they wanted with them with little fuss over them from loved ones.

It's horrible to force someone to go to war without their consent for any reason to be honest, but the government does not care about its populations' well-being.

If you are disabled, too disabled to work, they'll treat you so you can do the job making it not that bad. If they have no way to treat you, you are exempt.

Wars did not break out often, anyway, so the commoners felt safe. However, when Muslim terrorists would break out, they'd send the police and military, so it was justified by the children.

The only real issue is the lack of choice in reproduction. You are chemically sterilized via trickery as a child to keep you from having children that would miss you because if you did, they legally let you go as an army man.

However, if you are pregnant, for individuals conceived of incest or adultery who pregnant and work for them, you are forced to have an abortion and it's like a chattel system for Jews, their children if born will be put into a boarding school to take their job and put far away from their mother as they do with other newborns conceived from incest or adultery to keep them away from their birth parents.

This leaves a lot of heartache to the parents involved. This also has happened in cases with rape victims. Whether a male rape victim, or female rape victim, they'll take it seriously, but this is to figure out if you resent the child. A male or female rapist will go to jail because of the crimes they committed, and all custody of those children goes to boarding schools where the victimized mothers nor victimized fathers cannot access.

All the children birthed through these ways including children conceived of rape (except the children conceived of rape not via adultery and incest can legally move out unlike the Jewish ones) are forced to have abortions if pregnancy occurs. Sterilization is required for them all.
