Crickle crackle pop: How I killed & Cloned my Aunt | Chapter 2

Updated: Feb 28

Aunt Margaret's Point of View (P.O.V.)

Cathy's pregnant, but her raggedy husband don't wanna leave me alone.

I have a job to get to. I gotta deliver food aid to Gaza & Israel.

He out here askin' me on dates like he ain't got a wifey at home.

The next day, my off-day, Joe's at it again. He's always coming over to my house with his wife try'na flirt with me or somethin'. It's so awkward because this man is not my husband and I'm only lettin' Cathy over because I have to help her with her pregnancy.

Joe had come into my room out of nowhere on a nice visit one day and asked me if I wanted to go on a date next Friday, and of course, I said "No, &!%^#! Why the #)(% would I do that with your pregnant wife in the other room⁈⁈"

Joe awkwardly stared at me for 5 minutes.

"&!%(#, what the #()% do you think you're doing?" I asked.

He looked back...

Then Joe just looked back at me as he screwed off.

Self-Explanatory.

After Joe left, I was infuriated. I couldn't believe he'd violate my boundaries by coming into my room while his wife was in the living room to ask me on a date knowing she was my niece.

I used to give her advice on how to have safer labor, water births, try to keep her nutrition up while she was pregnant to lower her risk of postpartum depression, I'd also have her lay on my bed and do leg exercises to strengthen her leg muscles so she can go into labor and teach her ways and positions for labor.

I'd also give her a list of things to tell the doctor, like wash his hands because bacteria from doctors who would go straight from autopsy to helping mothers give birth without washing the hands the used to do autopsies with bare hands used to be a leading cause of death for mothers in the far past, might still be; I'm not sure...

I'd teach her to breathe during labor because holding her breath in labor can lead to tearing, and I'd tell her to only push when her body tells her to.

On vacation with her and her parents, my ex-husband, Rodney's brother, Tony, his wife, Rebecca, and my nephew, Bread. Bread was talking to my niece, Cathy, and insisted that if she didn't want the baby anymore to just give the baby to him.

This is because the so-called "prank" my husband played on him with that ol' electric fence left him unable to reproduce; It fried his reproductive organs. Bread was unable to produce sperm due to the electrocution burning him so badly that his body never developed the ability to make sperm.

The replies would always be reassurance that he wouldn't be having any kids this year.

Bread usually wasn't happy when he heard she wasn't gonna give him her child.

Back at my home...

I got a phone call from Cathy's husband, Joe, again.

HE started flirting with me like "You ever wonder why I liked you?"

And "Are you sure you don't like me? Are you playing hard to get?"

With a little "Maybe you should be with me."

I was confused as to why he's still calling. I've rejected him many times.

He says "Your last husband wasn't the one."

There is no point in bringing up my ex, and there is no point in calling me. I hung up... Really, I just hung up because I don't have the low set of morals to cheats with my pregnant niece's husband. I don't like that he brought up my ex, but that's not much of a concern to me since he's in jail. I do not care that much. It'd be pointless.

I was gonna tell Cathy, as I'd babysat her when she was growing up, but Cathy is insane. She has bipolar Ⅰ disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. It reminded me of her brother, Luke, who had Schizophrenia, OCD, ADHD and had developed anorexia leading to his heroin and feel the breeze addiction, feel the breeze was a "health tonic" with Kava mixed with KRatom. Kratom is an addictive plant that is illegal to have on your property in most countries in south Asia that shouldn't be mixed with anything.

All Luke's mental illnesses stemmed from genes he inherited through incest. Rebecca cheated on Tony with her fraternal twin brother, Carl.

Highly Hereditary Mental Illnesses (Often 60%–90% Heritable)

  • Schizophrenia: Strong genetic basis, with 73–90% heritability.

  • Bipolar Disorder: High, with 60–85% heritability.

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD): Extremely high, ~90% heritability.

  • ADHD: 60–80% heritability.

  • Anorexia Nervosa: 50–60% heritability. [5, 8]

Moderate-to-High Hereditary Mental Illnesses (Often 30%–50% Heritable)

  • Major Depressive Disorder: 30–50% heritability.

  • Anxiety Disorders (Generalized Anxiety, Panic Disorder): ~20-45% heritability.

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD): ~47% heritability.

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD): 20–45% heritability.

  • Substance Use Disorders (Alcohol, Opioid, Nicotine): 50–60% heritability. [4, 5, 8, 9]

Key Aspects of Genetic Mental Health

  • Shared Genetics: Recent research shows common genetic overlaps (e.g., CACNA1C gene) across schizophrenia, bipolar, depression, autism, and ADHD.

  • Polygenic Nature: These disorders are not caused by one gene, but rather by the interaction of many genes.

  • Environment Interaction: While there is a genetic predisposition, environmental factors and life experiences significantly influence whether the disorder develops. [5, 7, 10, 11]

Many mental illnesses have a hereditary component, with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism, ADHD, and major depression showing high heritability. While not directly passed down like single-gene diseases, they are polygenic and influenced by shared genetic risks. Key hereditary conditions include schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, anorexia, and addiction. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]

Her mental health was so bad that Tony & Rebecca got a DNA test to see if they were related, but they were not. It was really bad.
